the hotel staff was extremly accommodating, and. simmi, from the restaurant, and oana, at reception, were great. they went the extra mile to, that added to their excitement.
the room was a little shabby for what we payed, and the bed was very lumpy. bathroom need refurbishment and the shower leaked a little.

the staff was so helpful and kind, particularly simi and jaison, who made sure my sister had all the gluten-free food she needed. the location was very convenient, close to shops and restaurants. the breakfast had much choices like american pancakes and full english breakfasts.

the room was spacious and warm, i felt very comfortable because of its cozy atmosphere. quality bedding was provided, and i slept soundly like a baby. the room also had a pleasant view towards the cruise terminal.
